Mr. Wolff has been growing his law firm in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Family Law,
Business Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate since 1990. His firm gives each client and case the individual attention that it deserves. He has built his firm on relationships. That is why his clients keep coming back to him for over 20 years.

Kristine Barten
Kristine BartenTrial Attorney
Kristine is an experienced trial attorney who has tried over 20 jury trials and hundreds of contested hearings and bench trials and obtained countless favorable rulings and verdicts. In 2011, Kristine graduated with honors from Northern Illinois University College of Law. For the first six years of her legal career, Kristine was an Assistant Public Defender and defended a large range of misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI, cannabis and felony drug cases, and murder. Kristine is aptly suited to handle any criminal law offense both in the Chicago suburbs and Chicago and will provide an arduous and professional defense of the client’s rights at the highest level through trial if necessary.

At the beginning of 2018, Kristine went into the private sector and began to practice family law. Having a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Kristine understands the emotional toll that divorce and domestic relations proceedings takes on her clients. Kristine’s focus is to handle each of her client’s cases with compassion while zealously defending her clients’ rights in Court.

At the beginning of 2019, Kristine began to work at Randall A. Wolff & Associates not only to continue her work on family and criminal cases but also to begin to practice personal injury where her exceptional trial and litigation skills will be thoroughly utilized to the fullest. Kristine’s zeal and passion to represent the firm’s clients are a welcome addition to this office and are already being recognized.

Corrine Watson
Corrine WatsonTrial Attorney
Corinne is a 2009 graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She most recently worked as a Project Associate at Deloitte where she managed review protocols and handled document review and production in complex business disputes and investigations. Prior to working at Deloitte, Corinne worked as “of counsel” at Anthony G. Argeros, L.LC. where she represented clients in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation law. Corinne also worked at Seyfarth Shaw, L.L.P. where she gained experience in the area of labor and employment law. While working at Seyfarth Shaw, Corinne assisted with the counseling of clients (employers and credit reporting agencies) on compliance under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and EEOC guidance. She also assisted with wage and hour audits for major corporations.

While in law school, Corinne was employed as a law clerk at Gould & Ratner, L.L.P. where she also gained a wealth of labor and employment law experience by researching and writing legal memoranda about this area of law. As a law student, Corinne was selected as a legal writing tutor for two consecutive years, working with first year law students outside of class and serving as a teaching assistant during weekly legal writing classes. Corinne was also chosen as a Senior News Editor for the Public Interest Law Review and completed a judicial externship for Judge Dennis Burke.

Patti HoppeParalegal
Patti has been an integral part of Randall A. Wolff & Associates, Ltd. since 2016. She has over 23 years of litigation support experience in the areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and Real Estate law cases. She manages Randall A. Wolff & Associates, Ltd.’s office, with her superior organizational and communication skills, while maintaining close contact with the firm’s clientele. She is a graduate of the the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and the American Institute of Paralegals.
